A beyond custom made wordpress / woocommerce website with a lot of functionalities that you normally only see in Magento webshop. Everything that we wanted has been built in the website.

He had two projectmanagers in the netherlands. One more technical and one more marketing-oriented. Then Paul was the PM of delux. He made sure that his developers rocked the job!

The results are above my expectations. Code is so clean, client is so happy. Would definately operate with them again. I will use this project as reference for my own client. Proud of it! :-)

We hire Deluxcode to design a competitive E-learning platform that could handle the many variables. Compared to other agencies we were interviewing, the team of Deluxcode has been chosen because of their understanding of the vision of where we need to be going to deliver a brilliant Learning product.

What were your goals for this project?

In the first step, we need to strategize on the overall approach to the Education platform development and to prepare detailed project documentation. We spent a week-long brainstorming process to come up with an appropriate UX/UI design based on extensive user testing and feedback gathering, then we determined which functionalities were the most important to our users.

After that, we just started the development stage. As a result, they got the job done and meet the user’s needs fully.

Our hiring process was too long because we were willing to find a reliable partner to create an exclusive E-Learning Platform. Our selection stopped on Deluxcode because we felt they fully understood our needs and proactively helped us get from idea to implementation since they’ve developed the Learning products before.

As a company with no technical staff, we were looking for someone who was able to translate the processes into our understanding.

The key factor was to stand out from a dozen Learning platforms to design special features and bring them all together into a valuable solution. It was also critical to create a real classroom environment for teachers and students with features:

• assessing students learning progress
• real-time communication to correct learner’s mistakes 
• scoring their results comparing with others
• engaging all students with Collaborative Challenges & Puzzles just using their own devices

At the first stage, Deluxcode helped us with designing a proper UX with a detailed roadmap that covered all the requested features and creating awesome UI to track efficiently all student progress in a beautiful overview. From the technological side, we come up with a solution to choose the modernized frameworks React.js, Node.js for creating a web version.

After the web version was in demand It was reasonable to build mobile options using (React Native/Ionic) since it’s a convenient way for students to learn not being at home. As the volume of learning materials was impressive, we combined the Library with a wide range of topics, different categories of subjects, sessions with more than 25,000 questions.

As a conclusion, we received a well-design Learning solution being used by 30,000 users from all the world per day.

What was the team composition?

To deliver to this project on both web and mobile, there has been allocated a team of 10 people:

• PM, UI/UX designer
• 2x Front-End developers
• 3x Back-end developers
• 2x QA Engineers
• DevOps.

Currently, some of the developer’s are continuing supporting the platform.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Before releasing the E-Learning product, we launched the beta version to analyze how the teachers and students interact with the product in terms of UX to understand what features are necessary and what is irrelevant. As we had a lot of competitors in the Education area, we need to attract a lot of users by making the platform in some way.

After making a wide range of audition and attempts in changing UX and marketing activities to get the appropriate result in the user’s attendance. Initially, we reached the mark from 0 to 7,100 users per day and gradually the number of users was growing. In 2.5 years we arrived at 30,000 users a day worldwide and converted this amount into 3,200 students.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I want to highlight Deluxcode’s effectiveness from the project management standpoint, which was one of the crucial factors of productive workflows between the teams of 10 people.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

As I mentioned before, we selected a technology partner who would be competent enough in the Education area. We knew that hiring someone technically cool but not be confident in the knowledge of the Education domain. Fortunately, with Deluxcode, we didn’t face any difficulties owing to their understanding of both the technological and business aspects of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I assume, no. We are glad about what Deluxcode has produced and with their support continues to this day.

Deluxcode was selected to turn our idea into reality to create such Social Media Marketing tool that distinguish us from our competitors. The tool allows to buy and gain a significant number of likes, followers, views on Social Media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) doing this qualitatively and for the reasonable cost. Guys from Deluxcode accomplished the project successfully and exceed our expectations.

What were your goals for this project?

The initial goal was to develop a right strategy and well-designed UI/UX to differentiate our platform from other Social media apps. Deluxcode code team consulted us on each step of the project in order to get proper result.

How did you select this vendor?

Our partner’s company from the Netherlands recommended us to Deluxcode. Having said that the guys from Deluxcode will be able to help with creating outstanding product. It was so important for us to work with a suitable technology partner.

As the platform has been developed from scratch, the team made an analysis of our competitors to create well-designed UI/UX with super flexible menu scheme, liquid adaptive view from 1 to 20 services providers, up to 250 products with individual icon and color. Regarding the technologies Deluxcode team suggested that we should use modern technologies: Laravel 5.5 and React.js to obtain better performance. To display the Social Media data on dashboards to provide proper insights, analytics, they integrated over 20 API’s. As a result Deluxcode created an excellent Social media instrument for Marketers to attract on their client’s website more users, more leads thereby increasing their revenue.

Deluxcode assigned us a team consisted of 6 professionals like UI/UX, front-end, back-end, QA, PM, sysadmin that was responsive to my queries and always ready to implement my requirements.

Within 10 month after launching Media Marketing platform, it has been done A/B testing 3 times for increasing conversion rate and improving UX on various devices. As a result customers responded positively to our product. It ranks highly on search-engines getting ~1,000 page views per day; getting around 7,000 orders per month!

Deluxecode has helped me on several occasions prevent "disaster" by stepping in/up very quickly when the website went down (not to their fault). They managed to get the website back up and running within a short time frame and have continued to support the growth and development of the website to date.

I felt the project management was very effective. I was able to communicate with their account manager really well and frequently. Most of the communication was done via chat. However, we also connected via Skype several times.
