The key deliverables included a fully-functional and user-friendly mobile application that met our business requirements and provided value to our customers.

The measurable outcomes from the project included an increase in user engagement as soon as the app went live on Google Play Store and App Store.

The Delta Design project management was excellent, as they consistently delivered items on time and responded promptly to our needs. There were times when things got delayed for a few hours, mainly due to the comprehensive ideation and testing process of the company, but they were highly responsive to feedback and communicated any challenges or hurdles that arose amid the process. Moreover, they made changes quickly and efficiently to ensure that the final product met our business goals.

We were most impressed by The Delta Design ability to understand our business needs and translate them into a digital product that exceeded our expectations. They have the best talent working for them and combined with their experience of working with different companies that belong to different industries, they have learned a lot, and they're always ready to share their insights and experience with their clients to ensure success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Delta Designs could have done differently?

While we were highly satisfied with the outcome of the project, we believe that The Delta Design could have improved delivery at certain points throughout the process. We get it that the testing and ideation phase needs to be robust to ensure the creation of a highly valuable digital product, but it sort of compromises speed-to-market, which plays a critical role in the success of your digital product, so yes, we would recommend them to work on their delivery. 

Overall, however, we were pleased with their work and would recommend them to other businesses looking to develop high-quality digital products.
