DelPage Technologies provides appointment-based remote IT support and Managed IT for small businesses across the United States. DelPage Rescue handles one defined business technology problem with a clear stopping point. Managed IT supports recurring employee needs and ongoing responsibility for computers, accounts, security coordination, backups, networks, vendors, and technology planning under an agreement.

Common remote work includes Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Windows sign-in and device issues, VPN and remote-work access, printers, business software, employee onboarding and departures, computer oversight, cloud account administration, backup follow-up, and vendor coordination. Customer-authorized Linux or server work may use the customer's existing private access path when the access is secure and the scope is agreed in advance.

DelPage confirms authorization, scope, timing, and price before work begins. Remote access requires separate customer approval. DelPage does not ask clients to send passwords or recovery codes through forms or ordinary email. Remote support is available nationally; onsite service is limited to Brunswick, Georgia and the surrounding area.
