Delaware Valley Tech is a small, experienced, hands-on team based in Southeastern Pennsylvania that builds websites, data systems, and practical AI automation for small and mid-sized businesses. We're based in Philadelphia & West Chester and work across Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, and Bucks counties; most of the work is remote, so we take on businesses from anywhere.
Whoever scopes a project builds it - no account managers in the middle, no offshore hand-offs. Every engagement starts with a written plan in plain language: what we'd do, what it costs, how long it takes, and what changes afterward, usually with a mockup so nothing is left to guesswork.
What we do:
- Websites: custom, mobile-first sites designed and built from scratch, then hosted, updated, and maintained
- Data: Power BI dashboards, data cleanup and consolidation, and tracking set up where there isn't any
- AI & Automation: automating repetitive work with tools like Zapier, Make, and Power Automate, plus customer/internal chatbots, staff training, and a practical AI usage policy
- Ongoing support: a flat monthly fractional CTO retainer covering vendor decisions, pre-purchase second opinions, and software spend reviews
We're vendor-neutral - recommendations fit the client's business and budget, not what we're incentivized to sell - and there's no lock-in: domains, accounts, code, and data all stay in the client's name.
We're a fresher, small company. We don't have a decade of case studies yet, and we'd rather say so than pad the record. What we can show is how we work: a written plan before anything starts, direct access to the people doing the work, and results a prospective client can judge for themselves.
