We had software challenges, especially regarding repetitive work, so I wanted to automate the process.

DEIENAMI does software development for us; they've been building it from scratch in Python, and they have also taken care of the design. They are bringing my ideas to reality through a product we want to sell in the market.

The product they're creating came out well, and I've shown it to some colleagues who are happy with the product and are requesting even more features to improve it. Overall, their involvement works well without any problems — the software exceeds my expectations, and they've done a wonderful job.

They are performing well, and I'm very happy with their service. I'm also looking forward to having them develop more features for us and our ongoing engagement.

As for tools, we use WhatsApp to communicate.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — they've automated our processes, which they're very good at because it makes things better for us.
