The website development and iteration following the end of the project was slow and difficult to do; having independence to make tweaks more easily would have been important. We were billed for time to assist on these following the website launch

West Coast Sailing hired Decoder Digital initially to help optimize Google Ads. The partnership evolved over time to include a complete business rebranding and new site development project. Key deliverables included meeting/exceeding 500% ROI in Google Ads spending and lifting site conversion rate.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

PPC revenue grew 4.6x with a profitable return on ad spend of 625%. Revenue from organic traffic increased 5.8x through SEO, even higher than the 155% traffic growth we saw thanks to a focus on top performing keywords. The site redesign saw a lift in conversion rates and customer retention, resulting in a 40% lift in e-commerce revenue year-over-year.
