We work together with deckweiss to develop a easy to use workflow for our software. We focused on implementing a fast and efficient SAAS solution.

At first we got a very detailed structure of our upcoming project. They created a very detailed strategy and timeframe for the upcoming project. So far we are more than happy.

The entire project initiation and planning followed a very precise and tight schedule. They responded to our questions and requests as quickly as possible.

The project goal was to create a responsive and intuitive web based user interface for our next generation service software.

This included composing an appealing design while still keeping focus on simplicity and choosing proper frontend technology to meet the defined requirements, which some of them are:

• High compatibility across mutltiple browsers and devices, including touch support
• A smooth and highly performant user experience
• Restricted usage of third party libraries and tools
• Future-proof maintainability (product lifespan of 30 years)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the course of the whole development period, weekly update-meetings and short feedback loops not only ensured high product quality, but also allowed for continous adjustment and addition of requirements while still keeping track of the end product.

Combined with technical expertise, this workflow allowed for a custom-tailored solution which could be developed with high efficiency. Achieving all the agreed upon milestones, no considerable delays or blocking points were encounterd.

The delivered product meets the needs of the end users. Intermediate user interviews and live-testing lead to measureable results, even within short time intervals.

A key success factor is the efficient aproach on agile software development Deckweiss is making use of. New or changing requirements could be taken care of within days - sometimes even hours - while still keeping proper quality.

The collaboration took place in a pleasant working atmosphere. Every member of the project team was available for questions and discussions, which enabled short path of communication.

Keeping in mind that the overall collaboration experience was remarkably good, a possible point for improvement could be consistency within the project team. There were some personnel changes in responsibility, which by themselves happend quite smoothly, yet could have possibly caued delays or quality loss.

This includes User management, permissions, and logic for creating items. Setting up also the frontend for searching the items and the possibility to contact the members.
