I’m the partner and co-founder of Dental Creations Inc. We’re a local dental lab that delivers high-quality dental restorations with a focus on precision, reliability, and personalized service.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Deady Group?

We needed help improving our website and figuring out the best way to upgrade our phone system. The goal was to make things easier for our team and more professional for our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Deady Group helped us get a new website up and running and walked us through what we needed to do to improve our phone system. They didn’t do the install themselves, but they gave us good advice and pointed us in the right direction. The website turned out great and is much easier for customers to use.

The Deady Group completely reworked our website from the ground up. They wrote all the content, designed it in Wix Studio, and helped transfer our domain. They also added forms so we can collect images from dentists directly through the site. On top of that, they helped with SEO basics, set up our Google Business profile, and gave our brand a fresh look with updated colors and a cleaner logo.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since launching the new site, we’ve gotten positive feedback from clients about how easy it is to use and how much more professional it looks. We’re also showing up better on Google, and having the forms in place has made it way easier for dentists to send us the info we need. Everything feels more organized and up to date.

We don’t track a lot of detailed analytics, but we’ve definitely noticed more people reaching out through the site and using the upload forms. It’s easier for new customers to find us online now, and we’re getting more calls from folks who said they found us on Google. So overall, it feels like visibility and engagement have both improved.

How did The Deady Group perform from a project management standpoint?

The Deady Group went above and beyond. They made the whole process easy for someone like me who’s not very technical. Communication was clear, they were quick to respond, and everything was finished on time. They really went the extra mile and delivered a final product that exceeded our expectations.
