Bilingual- both English and Bengali, which was one of the major challenges to solve. Lots of other technical nuances are embedded to make it user friendly and easy to operate.

The workflow was very simple, the resources were managed by official emails, and I had weekly calls with the project manager to discuss progress.

I believe the most impressive thing with Dcastalia was that: They took the time to understand what we really wanted to achieve and also they undertook the challenge in a compressed time period, which was very impressive. In general they were very helpful and they made us feel appreciated as a client.
