Since 2015 we have run the IT of 232 companies — embassies, hotels, clinics, law firms and international businesses established in Portugal — under our IT Unlimited model: a fixed monthly fee, unlimited remote and phone support, immediate response times and an SLA in writing. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Plans: Essential (unlimited remote and phone support), Premium (adds unlimited on-site assistance, travel included) and Premium 365 (adds 24/7 support and monitoring). Annual contract with 60 days' notice and no lock-in, for companies with more than 10 workstations.
International support: one partner, one contract and one point of contact for international companies with offices or teams in Portugal and across Europe — remote support, on-site assistance in Portugal, remote-work solutions and a datacenter with redundant connectivity (including Starlink) and renewable energy systems.
Services: managed IT support and help desk, managed cybersecurity and NIS2 readiness, Microsoft 365 and backup, structured cabling and business Wi-Fi as a Ubiquiti partner since 2015 (1321 network devices managed across 138+ sites), servers and virtualization, IP telephony, and Apple fleet support as an Apple Technical Partner. Rated 5.0 on Google and certified Top 5% SME by scoring.pt.
