Ashe from DataOps Group ran a full search, local, and AI visibility audit for VantagePoint Educational Consulting, and it was eye-opening, especially on the AI optimization side. We had no idea that when AI engines like Perplexity or Copilot were asked who the best college consultant near Lake Norman is, our firm was never mentioned, even though competitors with far less experience were. Ashe's team dug into things we'd never have found ourselves, including the fact that we had no Google Business Profile despite ranking well organically, gaps in our structured data that made us invisible to AI answer engines, and even a case where our brand name was surfacing an unrelated company's info. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The rigor and transparency stood out most. Rather than just running a tool and handing over a generic report, DataOps Group independently re-verified 71 of their 149 findings through three separate passes. They also showed us a place where their own first-draft recommendation was wrong, explained how their verification process caught it, and corrected it before we ever saw the report, which is a level of honesty you don't often get from an outside vendor. They also went beyond traditional SEO. They tested what AI tools like Perplexity and Bing Copilot actually say when asked who the best college consultant is in our area, and found we were completely absent while competitors were being named. That kind of forward-looking analysis, tied to our real seasonal demand window rather than generic advice, is what made this feel genuinely useful instead of just another audit.

There is a lot of admin work that I had previously hired a team member to handle.  With the help of Data Ops, I coached agentic AI to do these tasks for me.  We've also developed a stragetic plan for future uses of agentic AI within my business like adding a chatbot to my website, as well as marketing and website optimization.

25% reduction on admin tasks, which allows me to focus on CEO tasks.  That number will grow as I implement more of what I learned into my workflows.

He broke down every specific problem and gave a very clear solution on how to fix these. Everything was organized and broken down for easy understanding. I was having issues with online visibility and when he looked into my Google profile and my website he was able to point out what needed to be fixed. After he found them he sent a detailed easy to read solution on what get be done to allow me to move in gaining more clients.
