Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We teamed up with Dart to help bring our startup’s brand to life, starting from scratch with brand identity (logo design) and moving on to the design and development of our website. We had a few ideas in mind, but we didn’t want to box their team in too much. Instead, we leaned on their expertise and checked out some of the other sites they’d redesigned. 

Their team really helped us rethink our website’s design to make it more user-friendly. Plus, they understood that we needed a site that could attract customers, and they absolutely delivered on that front. We also collaborated with Dart on our SEO strategy. Since our service is in a competitive market, they guided us on effective search terms and how to make the most of them. We were blown away by how fast our site was, with top-notch performance across both mobile and desktop.

What stood out the most was Dart’s attention to detail and their commitment to quality. Even though we've moved past our initial product, we’d happily work with them again in the future—they're open, easy to talk to, and seriously professional.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our biggest win from this project was building a solid foundation for our brand and marketing efforts. We went from having almost no clear brand identity to establishing strong brand and product guidelines that we now fully embrace. The feedback on our new website has been fantastic, with compliments from both clients and business partners. On top of that, we've seen a boost in inquiries from qualified leads, and the amount of spam has significantly dropped.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Dart’s project management was spot on. The team was super collaborative and really plugged into the project, but what we appreciated most was that they didn’t try to take over just because they’re the experts. They respected our input and made sure it was a true partnership.

Most of our communication was through emails and virtual meetings, which was really convenient. Since we were based in the same city at the time, we also got to meet the team in person a couple of times at their office, which was nice.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were mainly impressed by Dart's down-to-earth approach, which made communication feel very comfortable from the beginning and continued throughout the entire project. We were open about their needs, and they understood them well. The team's capability to get into our shoes to understand our business was outstanding. The more we worked with Dart, the better relationship we built.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DART Studios could have done differently?

There isn't anything that comes to mind that we'd have them improve.
