They supplied me with demo links, unfortunately, it often took several revisions, even though I was very clear and specific so that this would not be needed and these revisions were never posted on my actual website, so I have no content that I can use and have to start from the very beginning with another company

Horrible was given an ultimatum unless I confirmed that I would buy or commit to other services that are not in my budget and not needed at this time including $4000 for AR tool not needed at this time consulting service for $1500 that I did not need nor require, and I do not believe they are even capable ofand And committing to a suggested $5000 digital marketing budget

Nothing.Nothing. They have wasted three months of my time I believe this is a fraudulent company. They advertise on their website that they are partnered with forbes magazine and the New York Times, and then they feature other projects that they have worked on but they do not exist, and have no link

Are there any areas for improvement or something Custom Web Verse could have done differently?

Keeping their promises to the customer and to the original budget instead of continually trying to upsell me for other services which I don’t think they can even provide like for example, they promised me they could develop in-house virtual color, changing application, companies like perfect Corp license out this technology for almost $100,000 a year, this company couldn’t even complete my website in a reasonable amount of time.
