The aim of the project is to develop a platform for open-minded people. The development team was responsible for:

1. Creating UI design based on our idea
2. Develop mobile app based on that figma design
3. Develop an Admin control panel for us to control the platform
4. Integrate database (Firebase) with app and admin panel
5. Conduct thorough testing and deliver the final product
6. Provide maintenance support for 1 year

As a whole it was a great working with them, they we very good at their skill level and communication.

The main outcome was a great realtionship, understanding and proper communication throughout and after the project.

The project was delayed a little, but totally it was well managed by their project manager with proper weekly and daily updates.

I think the impressive part is that they value customer each and every pinny spent on the project, as they were very transparent to show daily and weekly updates on the project by live demonstration and testflight updates.

This could be time management as at some places the sprints took longer than expected.
