CubyCode started by conducting a thorough discovery session with our leadership team and consultants to understand our vision, pain points, and how our audience interacts with digital platforms. Based on this, they designed a complete web development roadmap.scope Designing and developing a modern, responsive website with a clear focus on user experience. Implementing a custom content management system that allowed our non-technical staff to easily update service pages, blogs, and announcements. Creating a secure client portal where existing customers could log in, access project updates, and download resources. Optimizing the site’s architecture to ensure fast load times and smooth navigation, which had been a major issue with our old site. Integrating an appointment booking feature linked directly to our consultants’ calendars. Alongside development, they delivered style guides, documentation, and short training sessions for our internal team to ensure long-term usability.

Additionally, our consultants reported that the new client portal reduced back-and-forth communication because clients could directly download necessary documents on their own.

If there’s one minor area for improvement, it would be expanding their post-launch support hours. While they were always available during working hours, having an option for extended or 24/7 support would be beneficial, especially for companies like ours that work with international clients across different time zones. That said, whenever we did raise a concern, it was resolved quickly and professionally.

As a startup company, our success is determined by successfully navigating our startup to build our infrastructure in such a way that will help us save time so that we can have a successful launch. The information we received from CubyCode helped us to do just that.

Seemless. It was a very fluid experience. From expectations to communication and thankfully they were very gracious and patient.

I was very impressed with the advice that was given to us. We didn't come in with any expectations that they would give us any advice that would cause us to rethink our approach to building our infrastructure and deployment. But we were happy that the advice given was what we needed.

I can't think of anything that I would say needed improvement. They had the knowledge, skill set and patience we needed to bring us toward a successful deployment.

I needed assistance with web theme implementation and iOS app configuration to coordinate with my theme.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals were to install the web theme and configure payment processing for the website. And, for the iOS app to be configured to include payment processing similar to the website.

The vendor created both the web site theme and configured the iOS application.

The first goal was to integrate stripe split payment processing, test that the payment processing was functioning correctly and after apply the appropriate settings for the iOS application. Secondly, the website theme needed to be configured with the hosting php account and finally set up my icons on the iOS app and run on the simulator to test the functionality of the pages.

I believe their were two team members working on my project the web developer and the iOS application specialist.

The team worked until the project was completed and I was satisfied with the results. They went beyond their "scope" job description to make sure I comprehended the functions of the website, app and payment processing features.

We needed someone to develop our app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our educational game app that is an educational game, replicating the project into another language as well. They built it completely from scratch to accommodate the shift from a right-to-left language to a left-to-right language.

After I showed them my vision for the app, they worked on the backend. We were controlling the project and the design rather than them controlling it.

We found them on a website where they were offering their services. We looked at their portfolio and emailed them. After continuing our conversation on Skype, we found them to be a strong potential partner. Before asking for any payment, they actually showed us a sample of what the final product would be like. That built our trust.

If we had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that during the early design phase, we sometimes had too many creative options to choose from. While it was a good problem to have, narrowing down those options took extra time. A bit more guidance on how to prioritize designs based on audience behavior might have streamlined the decision-making process. That said, the final outcome was exactly what we envisioned if not better.
