I am the founder and CEO of an up and coming e-commerce Startup company located near Silicon Valley.

Our company is a startup and still pretty much in the development stages. We needed a working prototype to eventually function as our MVP.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was simply to develop our MVP in order to gain traction as we will ultimately seek investment capital.

We searched online for many months and could not find a reasonable development team that suited us. We ultimately found CubyCode which turned out to be the right fit.

The concept, wire frame and UI were pretty much already flushed out. We only needed a professional team to help us bring it all together on a mobile app.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a frontend specialist that helped guide us to BAAS services we were not even aware that existed. His information helped develop our infrastructure that saved us valuable time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a startup company, our success is determined by successfully navigating our startup to build our infrastructure in such a way that will help us save time so that we can have a successful launch. The information we received from CubyCode helped us to do just that.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Seemless. It was a very fluid experience. From expectations to communication and thankfully they were very gracious and patient.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was very impressed with the advice that was given to us. We didn't come in with any expectations that they would give us any advice that would cause us to rethink our approach to building our infrastructure and deployment. But we were happy that the advice given was what we needed.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can't think of anything that I would say needed improvement. They had the knowledge, skill set and patience we needed to bring us toward a successful deployment.

CubyCode's Umar M. has been a very valuable asset to our work. He has aided in resolving glitches in our dev cycle through thoughtful and patient assistance.

I needed assistance with web theme implementation and iOS app configuration to coordinate with my theme.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals were to install the web theme and configure payment processing for the website. And, for the iOS app to be configured to include payment processing similar to the website.

How did you select this vendor?

The vendor created both the web site theme and configured the iOS application.

The first goal was to integrate stripe split payment processing, test that the payment processing was functioning correctly and after apply the appropriate settings for the iOS application. Secondly, the website theme needed to be configured with the hosting php account and finally set up my icons on the iOS app and run on the simulator to test the functionality of the pages.

What was the team composition?

I believe their were two team members working on my project the web developer and the iOS application specialist.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The team worked until the project was completed and I was satisfied with the results. They went beyond their "scope" job description to make sure I comprehended the functions of the website, app and payment processing features.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They had superb communication throughout the project and were very patient with my busy schedule to provide the necessary information to integrate into the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

There communication and patience were most impressive.

I haven't notice any areas of improvement during the project. I believe they conducted themselves professionally.

I’m the CEO of Afghan Voice CIC, a community media provider.

What challenge were you trying to address with CubyCode?

We needed someone to develop our app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our educational game app that is an educational game, replicating the project into another language as well. They built it completely from scratch to accommodate the shift from a right-to-left language to a left-to-right language.

After I showed them my vision for the app, they worked on the backend. We were controlling the project and the design rather than them controlling it.

How did you come to work with CubyCode?

We found them on a website where they were offering their services. We looked at their portfolio and emailed them. After continuing our conversation on Skype, we found them to be a strong potential partner. Before asking for any payment, they actually showed us a sample of what the final product would be like. That built our trust.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May–June 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We continue to work with them because they respond quickly and were able to think creatively to input the modifications we needed. They deliver everything as promised and remain customer-centric. We felt valued as a customer regardless of how big or small our project was. They’re professional, dedicated, and deliver clean code.

How did CubyCode perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsive and always available. We communicated through their website, help desk, Skype, and email. they had or through their Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re honest and truly listened to our needs and requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there isn’t anything I’d have them improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go for it. Trust them and give them a chance. I don’t easily trust people when it comes to these sorts of services, but it worked well. They’re really helpful.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to make a seamless app experience with different abilities for customers to be able to upload and connect with contractors and photo capabilities as well as each different users having different abilities.

I found their template online and loved the design and layout for what I wanted.

We made a project that allowed people to look for people to do work in their homes. A lot like Craigslist only better with more specifications and better than Thumbtack for specific project pricing not contractor pricing. The app allows customers to connect easily with contractors and rate their work.

CubyCode helped us refactor our old including adding new functionality.

After searching multiple source's we found that CubyCode was best fit for our project based on the experience they have.

We are still in the phase of development so we have more deliverables left than what we already have done. Technologies used web and mobile development such as PHP and Swift.

We have constant Zoom meetings with the project managers and the developers.

In the process of completing an e-commerce integration to our original non-e-commerce website.

The communication is outstanding, we discussed things almost daily via Skype and have screen share meetings during a new deliverable stage.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our product required a lot of custom functionality and we had a complicated backend migration so they really helped make that transition a breeze.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far it has been nothing but a smooth flow in our development process so we are hoping it stays that way.
