Founded by Creative Director, Natalie Burkinshaw in 2003, our studio forms part of the remarkable 1% of creative agencies founded by women. We are 100% in-house and independent with a multi-faceted team of experienced brand strategists, designers, web developers and copywriters all under one roof.
For over 22 years now, we’ve been partnering with B2B and B2C startups, global enterprises and non-profits across the UK and internationally, delivering brand, design and digital experiences that last - and most importantly, help businesses to grow.
Based in the Peak District, Derbyshire UK, CRUSH is a proven trusted partner for businesses both at home and away, responsible for the likes of the website development for Ministry of Sound, the Chesterfield Borough Council rebrand, and the rebrand for the German engineering powerhouse Ziemann Holvrieka - to name a few.
Many of our projects have earned our studio (and our clients) international recognition, most notably winning at the 2025 Transform Awards Europe and 2025 German Brand Awards for our corporate rebrand of Ziemann Holvrieka.
