I own a retail company in UK which sell products in Amazon in household and beauty niche.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cridiqa?

I wanted to increase my product line on Amazon UK and for that I needed a company who can handle complete A to Z Amazon services from hunting a product to market and sell it on Amazon.

What were your goals for this project?

The major goal was to get a product in a category which is easy to launch and scale with addition of multiple product inside same category. Also I wanted to rank the product in minimum time possible.

How did you select Cridiqa?

I found Cridiqa through their Facebook page where they have shared the success story of previous Amazon clients which was something similar I was planning to do, so I approached them to do my product launch in UK

Describe the project in detail.

I wanted to sell in household and beauty niche. Cridiqa was responsible for finding a product which has scope. They were also responsible for finding affordable sourcing from wholesalers in China and UK. They were responsible for launching the product on Amazon and also running ads on Facebook and Instagram.

What was the team composition?

We get in touch with Omair and Abubaker, and they assigned a dedicated key account manager for my launch. So total of 3 to 5 people worked on this account.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am absolutely stunned by the results. They ranked my product in just 2 days with organic orders from day 1, I havent seen this results on any other product or account. They really know their Amazon game.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was satisfactory. The have automated systems which give me daily details about the project and I can schedule a call anytime I want with them through their automated call booking system.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They truly know inside out of Amazon marketplace. They have a strong grasp on PPC and marketing and know exactly know how to rank a product in minimum time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They have done the job which they were hired for. I do not have any suggestions so far.

I am the owner of well known Audiovisual company in the UK. I mostly deal with top-end products and the average price of my items are around 5K.

Product ranking was the main project and Omair took the account when we were struggling with sales. He run a very detailed audit report which gave us the insights of the current market situation.

A combination of girls and boys plus we had a dedicated project manager constantly in contact with us.

I am quite satisfied with the outcome. We have successfully achieved the target on time.

A dedicated project manager plus all tasks were managed by their own CRM.

Teamwork was outstanding and spot-on communication.

As far as I am concerned, my product has been ranked on the top of the page and I can't be asked for more.
