Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Each month there are expected duties consisting of categorization, reconciliation and account reviews. As well as alerting the stateside operations team if there are any items that need addressing such as disconnected accounts, strange account activity and consistent communicaiton.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our turnaround for client deliverables each month has improved considerably and is getting better each cycle as we fine tune our expectations and processes.

All of our expectations were met with regular communication and an openness to tweaking things that weren't working- so that our teams could accomplish the tasks at hand.

I have enjoyed the commitment to their employees and their customers.  They strive to understand our needs, offer support and build strong relationships so that all of the businesses involved (theirs, ours and our customer's) can thrive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Credfino could have done differently?

There are a few things that feel a little clunky, but nothing that deters me from working with them. Also, they are always improving their systems and processes as well, so I just communicate with them about areas that are more challenging and they have always responded with solutions or options.
