What were your goals for this project?

The goal of the project was to develop a Mobile App for our BPO center. Through, the App was to become a helpful for our customer to see their current status.

Creator Shadow scored over and above the other participants and demonstrated a level of enthusiasm and understanding that others did not.

The project commenced as a concept idea only. We have planned manage our BPO in which we can see progress report what's going on like calls etc. Like solved problem, on waiting, etc.

What was the team composition?

Initially I worked with the Directors, once we had progressed to design stage the team included the Lead Developer. I could see via our collaboration website that there was a larger team working on the project, but I was not required to manage that part which was ideal for me.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result was completely satisfying. We come with our product in the agreed timeline. I was very happy with the Creator Shadow team as I knew from the start I needed a partner to help me through the App environment which was not overly familiar to our organisation. Creator Shadow accepted this level of unknowns and appeared to actually thrive of it! I could not have imagined that a vendor would have been this flexible.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a very effective workflow with communications managed through a collaboration portal (Basecamp).Creator Shadow provided the access, training and management of these tools.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their level of technical and functional knowledge of the industry was supported by enthusiasm. They also possess a level of tolerance required to guide our ideas and concept through to maturity. There did not appear to be any situation that phased Creator Shadow, even though we knew from the kick off that there would be several pivots and twists.

The website delivered within 6 months of the Project, was a dynamic, well designed and secured solution. It led to good traffic on our website and we managed to get good Sales Leads, for our products & services.

The owner took a hands-on approach to our project, giving us all the attention and time we needed. We needed a lot of attention in the initial stages, and they produced multiple top-notch versions. Our project was small, compared to the rest of their clients, but their service was impeccable.
