I am the Marketing Manager for Xinzhou Bearing Industry, a B2B company that provides balls, bearing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Creative SEOS, and what were your goals?

We wanted CREATIVESEOS expertise and suggestions on how to improve our SEO & SMM to get more website leads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor after an initial proposal via a digital skype meeting. We decided to use them based on their impressive credentials, their customer base, and how they overall impressed us with their knowledge and expertise of SEO strategy.

Our project begin with multiple conversations to describe our overall industry and company culture. From their discovery, CREATIVESEOS found traffic keywords, did a competitor analysis, and created custom content to improve our local SEO. Deliverable included in-depth statistics, updates, and progression charts at our monthly skype meetings with our Project Manager.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were assigned to 2 key project manager who worked with multiple people on their end, each with their own expertise, in areas such as SEO strategy, content building, SMM Online, etc.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing our local SEO efforts, we are ranking on pages 2-7 for some of our more important keyword phrases. We are also consistently getting quality leads each month – about 7 each month that come from organic SEO.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We use email to communicate project updates or if we need to approve any content. We have monthly skype meetings that include me, my boss, and our Project Manager. During these meetings, we go over the previous month's progress and they deliver important statistics. CREATIVESEOS team are always extremely quick to respond to any questions or requests and always have a friendly and professional attitude.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Creativeseos overall knowledge stands out among others in their industry. They convey being creative idea, but still down to earth when communicating. I have learned so much from them and have been able to implement things on my end from their expertise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This is tough to answer because I've been so appreciate with everything so far! If I had to say something they could improve on, I would say bringing more creative ideas to the table instead of everything being so 'technical way'.
