Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Creative Impact Solutions was engaged to design and develop a custom recruitment platform that would help our team streamline candidate evaluation and reduce some of the manual work involved in reviewing resumes against open positions. The scope of work included understanding our existing recruiting workflow, identifying areas where AI and automation could improve efficiency, designing the user experience, and developing the platform itself. One of the goals we identified early in the process was the need for a more efficient way to compare candidate information and resumes against job descriptions and specific hiring criteria. The platform was developed to centralize that process and provide our recruiters with more structured candidate evaluations. Key deliverables included the custom web-based platform, AI-assisted resume and job-description analysis, a centralized interface for reviewing candidate qualifications, and functionality that helped identify relevant experience, strengths, and potential gaps. The engagement also included UX/UI design, application development, AI integration, testing, and refinements based on feedback from our team. Overall, the platform gave us a more organized and consistent way to review candidates while reducing some of the repetitive work involved in the process.
