Our company, Trade Genie, helps traders and investors create infinite wealth for themselves. I am CEO and head trader.

For what projects/services did your company hire Creative Chili?

We were facing challenges in brand building, brand awareness, presenting ourselves as an authority in trading. Another challenge we had was building trust. The next challenge was getting qualified leads on a constant basis and then converting them into high-paid clients and retaining them for long period, thus increasing our life-time value per client and increasing the overall satisfaction of our members.

Our goals were to build brand awareness, increase our revenue and retain our clients for long period.

We increased our revenue several-fold. We made our brand highly reputable in the eyes of our customers. Our customers have become a lot happier than before due to the systems and tools Creative Chili put in place.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is smooth. They have a tool where we log in to see what action items are being executed when these will be finished and what is next. The flow is smooth between our team and theirs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Marketing is an art and a science. It requires a complete understanding of clients' business and needs and understanding what type of clients the business is searching for. It also requires deep dive into all the tools the business client is using and then add new tools to get the amazing result. Creative Chili understands all of the above.

Michael and his team are so versatile, have deep technical knowledge, understand the vision, and then implement one strategy at a time to head straight towards the vision. This results in a direct increase in revenue and delighted clients.
