I'm Managing Director of Boval 7 ltd. The company produces tools for professional locksmiths all over the world.

We hired Creative Brains OOD to provision our information technology and marketing needs and to cover all aspects of our online business and operations

Rebranding of the company Building & Development of the new brand (ivaylov - ivaylov.com) Creating and development of the website and social media accounts as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and You Tube channel, SEO optimisations Creating image of the company and good customer service Implementation of business processes and practices

How did you select this vendor?

We have worked with this company before and we had good experience with them. We needed to make fast decision so we decided to work with them again.

Describe the project in detail.

We were in a heavy process of restructuring our business because one of our partners decided to exit the company and create his own company and to start competing with us. We had zero experience in all the requirement for which we hired Creative Brains OOD so we fully trusted them about everything and we are very happy with the choice we made.

What was the team composition?

The team was of two people - one as marketing manager and the other as technical and business manager

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received a good recognition and positioning of the new trade mark. The customer service is at very good level and we have a lot of sales and now we are thinking of hiring more people and start investing in machines and start to develop new tools with our industry designs and patents

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was very good, we have daily meetings, discussions even they provide us trainings in order to become capable to follow and maintain the new processes

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The knowhow that they have in all different fields that we need
