CreateWeb

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the project manager lead of a boutique web agency focused on creative web design and web development.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire CreateWeb to accomplish?

We engaged CreateWeb for an SEO audit and website analysis. The goal was to understand what was holding back our search visibility and to get a clear, prioritized plan for fixing it.

SOLUTION

Can you describe the scope of work in detail?

The main deliverables were a technical SEO audit, which included a thorough review of crawlability and indexation, page speed and core web vitals, mobile-friendliness, URL structure, redirects, canonical tags, XML sitemap and robots.txt, and structured data. We also received an on-page analysis, which included an evaluation of titles, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, internal linking, and content issues such as duplicates or thin pages.Additionally, we received a prioritized action plan, which was a clear report that ranked every finding by impact and effort so our team knew exactly what to fix first. We also received actionable recommendations, which were specific, practical guidance for each issue, written clearly enough for both developers and marketers to act on.Finally, we had a walkthrough and Q&A session where we went through the findings, and CreateWeb answered our questions and explained the reasoning behind each recommendation.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from CreateWeb.

How did you come to work with CreateWeb?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other web development agencies because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in September 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The most valuable outcome was clarity. Before the audit, we only had a general sense that our site could perform better in search. CreateWeb gave us a full picture of what was holding it back and a clear, prioritized plan for fixing it.Since receiving the audit, our team has been able to act on the recommendations with confidence. We know what to fix first, what can wait, and why each change matters. The findings were presented in a way that both our developers and marketers could understand and work with, which saved us a lot of time and back-and-forth. We are already seeing the benefits of acting on their recommendations, and the audit has become a solid foundation for our ongoing SEO work.
