I am the CEO of a solutions integration company specialising the rapid development of hardware and software solutions.

For what projects/services did your company hire CosmicWeb.IO , and what were your goals?

We were looking for experienced full stack developers with knowledge of IoT devices and the MQTT protocol. We had a specific requirement that we needed to develop in an exceptionally short timescale to provide a solution to address the COVID pandemic.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Lukasz and the team came very highly recommended. We conducted technical interviews and requested examples of prior experience and work. We could also scale the team flexibly to meet our requirements on demand.

Due to the rapid nature of development to take the solution to market we followed an agile process of development. However due to the nature of fast releases to the production environment we also had to implement hot fixes and also have 24 hours support in place.

There were 4 core people in the team including a PM, 2 senior developers and a tester.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the solution to market in an exceptionally short timescale and then worked on iterative releases as we developed new features based on customer requirements. The team continued to support the solution and we have worked with them on other projects.

We followed the agile methodology with daily standups and tracked progress though Jira. We communicated predominantly through slack. Timelines were always met and managed well by Cosmic Webs team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had direct access to all of the team at any time and they were always responsive. They showed strong technical acumen, and we were able to work through any technical challenges collectively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Given the challenging nature of the development timescales the team performed admirably under very challenging circumstances. There aren't any areas we would have looked to complete in a different manner.

I'm owner of business bookstore Księgi Barneja - located in Poland. We are selling books online by our own website and by many other channels like different marketplaces.

CosmicWeb.IO work for us for may different projects. One of the biggest challneges was help us to extend our bookstore range of several dozen electronics products by creating an integration with external partner and based on this create products in our store. Customers are now able to browse and buy many of the electronics publications and that are served with unique link via email message.

Prices are automatically setup in store based on rules provided by our staff. Other projects make by CosmicWeb.IO was e.g creating an afiliation program that count our customers purchases depending on where they came from. CosmicWeb.IO was responsible of creation whole backed for this project and also dashboard for our affilites.

Well, it was very easy to me to work with CosmicWeb.IO bacause only thing that I had to do was to describe what are the challenges and everything rest they take care of. I event don't know what technology they used - for me the most important is that everything is working perfect.

We was able to extend range of products in our bookstore.

We have communicate via messenger (it was my choose), email, phone and trello. Also some part of communication are made by CosmicWeb.IO custom made CRM.

CosmicWeb.IO proved that nothing is impossible.

I can't find any things that CosmicWeb.IO can do better.
