Corzent was engaged to provide consultancy services that included, but were not limited to:

1. Initial detailed discovery, risk and security assessment of Powour's MVP status, including code base review, architecture review and comprehensive audit
2. Phases included: 
   1. Discovery phase
   2. Due diligence phase, and
   3. Recommended strategic recommendations
3. Upon successful completion and acceptance of the final recommendations, Corzent's services were extended to an ongoing software development and related work arrangement between the parties.

The Corzent founding, leadership team gets to know your business, your mission and the problem early. Because of this authentic approach, their ability to design services, recruit the right team and continually ensure values and people are aligned, makes a significant deference to both the operating model and effectiveness of the team. 

This engagement is not limited to the sales or onboarding cycle, it is authentic and built into their DNA. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Corzent could have done differently?

Like every service arrangement or functioning internal team, there will be opportunities to learn and improve. I do not have anything to call out here, but am confident in the learning culture and underlying values of the team that we will consistently improve and optimise our operating model. This trust and confidence is already embedded in our operating rhythm.

Scope of the work is to contribute to develop our application to be the market leader in our segment as a software vendor in the construction industry.

This includes planning, specification, design, back end and front end, testing, security and legals, delivery, DevOps, AI, etc. - any software development needed to be a market leader in both technology and position in the market.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Corzent team contributes in the delivery in most parts of our system. They are both delivering as part of a bigger team and as stand alone team with all necessary competence needed. As such, they have been successful in delivering outcome in both building seperate services/modules in the system and as part of bigger teams. E.g. is our Planner mainly developed by Corzent.

Most deliveries are done within time frame.

Some of the development that has exeeded time frame is also is also due to both changes in scope and more complexity than planned.

As we have both a regular meeting structure and by need or project meetings we have sought to deal with any delays as early as possible and changed plan if needed.

Even though it might seem strange, the most unique about the company is the approximity to our (business) culture and the ability to understand what our needs are. Their cultural proximity greatly reduces potential hurdles in our distance both in location and mindset.
