The architecture was acceptable for moving ahead, so Cortance involved two back-end engineers and started right away. After the back-end and designs were partially done, the other engineers jumped in. In summary, they developed the cross-platform app with a Node.js-based back-end.

From the business side, the outcomes were huge. Customer's employees got rid of a lot of manual work, digitized all the patient's cards, optimized workflow, and reduced spending.
