I’m the founder and CEO of The Time Zone, an e-commerce company. We have two branches in Islamabad Pakistan, where we offer a wide range of watches from various renowned brands, including Casio and Naviforce.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Corpela Inc. to accomplish for your e-commerce business?

Our main goal was to build a modern and professional website for The Time Zone that properly represented our brand and gave customers a simple and easy way to explore our products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Corpela Inc. handled the website design and development for our website, including UI/UX, development, product and category pages, navigation, and overall e-commerce functionality. They also handled revisions and technical setup. In short, they provided an A-to-Z solution.

We worked with Corpela Inc. from January to August 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main outcome was having a professional, fully functional website that better represented The Time Zone and provided a much better experience for our customers. We haven't tracked specific performance metrics yet, but the feedback has been positive. Most of the feedback has been around the website looking much more professional and being easier to use.

How did Corpela Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Corpela Inc.'s team managed the project well and kept communication clear throughout the process. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps. They delivered the project within the agreed timeline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Corpela Inc.'s team listened to our feedback and was willing to make changes instead of pushing their ideas. Their communication was also good throughout the project, and they paid attention to the small details that mattered to us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, I'm happy with the project and the way Corpela Inc. handled it. If anything, having a little more upfront planning around some of the smaller details could have made the process even smoother. However, the team was responsive whenever we raised something, and they were quick to make the necessary changes.
