I met Chirag of Corbital Technologies LLP by looking for a programmer on Upwork who could help me customize my CRM and who worked with PHP.

We made a custom signup for our CRM that allowed people to use the same signup form with a custom drop down menu to select what type of professional and/or client they are so that we could then categorize them properly in our CRM. Corbital has helped us connect our CRM and our Slack together and also both with Zapier so that we have all of the integration functionalities we need.

I worked with mainly Chirag the main founder of Corbital Technologies LLP.

Our CRM flow on our website is superb and we are able to show potential attorney clients and paralegal employees how to interact with clients with legal issues through our website. They delivered all the functionalities we were looking for.

I was very glad to find that the people I found on Upwork were the authors of one of the API addons that is sold on CodeCanyon for one of the popular CRM programs also sold on CodeCanyon which we have chosen to utilize and customize for our business purposes.

We've worked with similar vendors on other projects before, but some of those experiences have been more than just catastrophic. Either we were not understood as a result of which the costs have exploded or the company overestimated its abilities so much that we still sometimes have projects that don't work properly. Corbital Technologies LLP team members are amazing. they worked on fully customized perfex crm concept. They are just amazing. There were a lot of challenges in the project but with effective communication and statistical planning. Such a nice experience.

I was always dealing with one person and that was wonderful. not having to keep changing contact persons and having to tell the same thing over and over again saves a lot of time, nerves and ultimately money.

We were able to start the project early, which was a great success for us. Other projects followed, these were also worked out quickly and correctly. We regularly receive thanks from our customers for the helpful extensions in CRM.

The project management was great, especially compared to other vendors we've worked with. They consistently met deadlines and we never had unexpected turnover. We communicated in chat or via zoom meeting.

Definitely direct communication with the company's implementer. The direct line to the team leader makes so many processes easier, more direct and faster. The expertise of my contact person was also very beneficial, as I don't understand much of the technical aspect.
