I’m the director of a software company that helps clients build websites and software.

What challenge were you trying to address with Coral Media Ltd.?

We were looking for someone to help us with testing our software and hired Coral Media for the task.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Coral Media has provided us with high-quality testing for the software that we deliver to our clients. At first, they developed a test plan for us. We developed the website and software in-house while Coral Media’s team assisted with manual and automated testing for the software. We used more of an agile and scrum methodology.

What is the team composition?

We only communicate with the project manager as well as with another person from the team.

How did you come to work with Coral Media Ltd.?

We found Coral Media while searching for vendors in our local market in Ukraine. They offered the best prices so we chose them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them on April 2019 and it’s an ongoing project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Coral Media’s team has done their job well and the software works properly.

How did Coral Media Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s been a very agile process. We create tasks in a software that’s like Jira, and those tasks are done according to the timeline and each task’s priority. I’m happy with this methodology. For communicating, we use telephone and email, though we’ve met in person as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We are happy with the work and don’t plan on changing to another provider.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Everything has gone really well. Our vision for the process was different and Coral Media made other suggestions but it all turned out okay.
