Conversant Technology was contracted to develop a user-friendly website for us, with the primary goals of enhancing customer understanding of our services, increasing brand visibility, and driving engagement. The website will feature relevant images that align with our services, showcase our completed projects, and include inquiry forms for easy communication. 
Additionally, the site aims to streamline inquiries, improve customer experience, and serve as a dynamic platform for promoting our offerings and expanding our reach.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable outcomes that will demonstrate the progress or success of the website development include:

• Increased website traffic: A rise in the number of visitors, which can be tracked through web analytics tools.
• Higher engagement rates: More time spent on the site, increased page views per session, and reduced bounce rates, indicating that users find the content valuable and relevant.
• Growth in inquiries: A measurable increase in the number of inquiries submitted through the website's forms, showing that customers are finding it easy to reach out for more information.
• Improved conversion rates: The percentage of website visitors who convert into leads or customers through inquiries, sign-ups, or other call-to-action forms.

While Conversant Technology delivered great results, two areas for improvement include more frequent project updates for better transparency and a more comprehensive post-launch support plan to help clients manage the website effectively.

We required a comprehensive and integrated solution for our client management process that encompasses the entire client lifecycle, from the initial scheduling of appointments to the invoicing stage and ultimately, the receipt of payments. We haven't encountered any specific issues. However, the team is currently based in Gujarat, India, where they are fluent in Gujarati. As a result, some native English speakers may experience a communication gap.

We needed to track employees location and time. Based on that information, we needed a system (backedn in the office) to process staff's pay.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was a success. We now spend a lot less time processing payments, and are able to ensure employees are on site on time due to date-time and gps tracking built into our app.

They stayed in touch, asked many questions, and suggested a few options for our needs. Once the budget was set, they jumped onto the project, which was finished in two months.
