ConsultLink is an independent ERP advisory firm. We work with distribution, manufacturing, trading, and construction companies that are evaluating ERP systems or replacing one that stopped working for them.
Our clients are typically CEOs, CFOs, and Operations Directors at growing businesses in Canada, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UK. Some are buying an ERP for the first time. Others are trying to recover from a process that went sideways before they engaged us.
What we see repeatedly: a business picks a vendor before it knows what it needs, selects an implementation partner on price, and signs a contract no one reviewed independently. Then the project runs late, costs more than planned, and delivers less than expected.
We help clients avoid that sequence. Before any vendor is contacted, we assess whether the business is ready and where the gaps are. We document requirements without vendor influence, evaluate implementation partners against those requirements, and review contracts before anything is signed.
We have no affiliation with any ERP software vendor. We don't receive fees from vendors, don't promote specific platforms, and don't have preferred software we push clients toward. Our job is to match the right system to the business, not the other way around.

Our Story
ConsultLink was built around a simple problem: most businesses that buy an ERP don't have anyone in their corner who isn't trying to sell them something. Vendors have a product to move. Implementation partners have a platform preference. The advice available through those channels is shaped by those interests, not the client's requirements. We exist to fix that. Independent assessment, structured partner evaluation, and contract review before anything is signed.
