What challenge were you trying to address with Consultance?

We're a new company located in Pakistan, and we are trying to capture a US audience for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Consultance has been providing us with consultancy services to engage an audience in the US through digital marketing. They've also created content for our site and are our go-to partners when we need help with business consulting.

What is the team composition?

I've been working with Tayyab (Business Development Manager); he's a great guy and has helped me a lot.

How did you come to work with Consultance?

I looked at many companies in Pakistan that had good reviews, but one of my friends recommended Consultance to me. I chose them based on their responsiveness and our good experiences with them.

How much have you invested in them?

I've spent approximately $7,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They've been helping me build the business from scratch; they are there whenever I need help, and it seems like the future is very bright with them.

How did Consultance perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via email and WhatsApp. They are very good when it comes to communication, the budget, and meeting deadlines — they're very dedicated.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their response time is very good, and their team is very helpful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on. Although there's always room for improvement, they're constantly advancing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I have referred them to my friends, colleagues, and people in the same business.

I’m an administrator at Green Tech Solutions, a tech and marketing company. I am responsible for checking and proofreading our content, and I also manage our team of content writers. Additionally, I prepare reports for our team leader and other managers.

Consultance is providing us brand consultancy. They offer guidance about scaling up our business to fit our needs and requirements. They also plan and strategize all our digital marketing efforts.

We were attracted by their ideas on promoting businesses. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2021, and I would love to work with them until the project ends.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We are happy with the strategies they give us, and we are definitely implementing them in the future. We’ve seen that many of the strategies they gave us had good results on their end. We are excited to collaborate with them beyond this project and explore other opportunities.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve on clarifying their services and adding important information to their website. It would also help if they properly understood their services. Otherwise, they are doing a good job.

Consultance is very responsive and professional, and they work quickly. They will hold your hand through the whole process of digital marketing and developing brand strategies.
