Conceptual Consulting

Conceptual Consulting is a small firm of three senior principals. We help nonprofit and mission-driven organizations with hiring and people operations, fundraising, and digital and marketing.

Each of us leads one practice area and stays with your project from scoping to handover. The person who scopes the work is the person accountable for it. You never have to hire all three of us. Bring us one problem, and the next one too if it comes up.

Conceptual Talent, led by Lauren Slater Siegmund, covers hiring, HR, and people operations, from defining a role to a new hire's first months. Lauren also works as a fractional Chief of Staff for Executive Directors and CEOs.

Conceptual Fundraising is led by Meredith Slater, who also takes fractional Chief Development Officer roles.

Conceptual Digital & Marketing, led by Andrick Siegmund, covers branding, websites and copy, custom applications, and automatioactional Marketing Director.

A full-time hire rarely makes sense for a part-time gap. We work on the scope you actually need, for as long as you need it.

Our clients include Teach For America, the University of Virginia, the Intertribal Agriculture Council, ActionAid USA, the National Young Farmers Coalition, the American Flood Coalition, and Hopebound.

We're passionate about universal h partner with any organizationactively supporting the obstruction of anyone else's rights. We'll also tell you plainly when something is outside what we do well.
