Our Story

Established in 2025, Compuloop brings together 10 people across Australia and New Zealand to support Australian businesses. We combine managed IT, Microsoft 365, cloud and cybersecurity expertise with clear communication and practical advice. Our aim is to make technology easier to manage, support everyday operations and help clients plan their next step. Compuloop is operated by Compuloop Pty Ltd, with a Sydney office at 60 Martin Place.

Yes. We can work alongside your internal IT team on Microsoft 365, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, networking, backup and recovery, or specific integration projects. We first discuss your environment, responsibilities and priorities so the scope and handover arrangements are clear.

Our Sydney office is at 60 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000. Client meetings must be arranged in advance. Appointment hours are 08:00–17:00 daily, Sydney time. Yes. We review coverage for Microsoft 365, servers, databases and staff devices, then agree retention and recovery priorities. Restore tests help establish what can be recovered and identify gaps before an incident. We document recovery steps and responsibilities; recovery targets are agreed after reviewing the systems and dependencies involved.

Yes. We can use the Essential Eight to guide practical improvements in patching, MFA, administrator access, application control and backup recovery. We begin with your current environment, agree priorities and document the implementation work and remaining gaps. Any claimed maturity level must be supported by assessment evidence; implementation alone is not a certification.
