I think it was a successful initial experience because we tried to put all the important details in the project. We Have finalized the web design within 2 sessions, the process was easy going and the web developer was very helpful in advising what suits our services perfectly, after the design implementation our website was almost ready, they gave our team a detailed training on how to apply our information and pictures.

In Total, we worked with three people, the web designer, a trainer, and in the final stage a QR resource.

My goal was to create something that was simple yet easy to use for my clients as well as myself, and COMPU-VISION did exactly what i wanted and more.

I did my research online and had a few options. Considering this was my first business, i was very skeptical so my deciding factor was picking the company who would be able to bring my vision to life, and after talking to Fares (Project Manager) he was the only one who was able to understand everything i wanted to achieve with this project

We started off by having a meeting on what i wanted to include in my website and system. After we agreed to everything they sent me templates of web design and i got to pick the one i liked the most.

after that was done they went ahead and started linking the backend to the website because clients are able to book their appointments through that.

On a weekly bases they would show me all the updates from how i can create appointments to setting up my inventory, and would change anything i disliked about the website.

After we launched our website we had an increase of appointments, and an increase of following on our social media accounts which was our goal with this project .

The Team was very professional and would update me every week on new changes and updates via Any Desk where the developer would show me everything i needed to know through my computer, and considering how hectic it got for me because of the business they were very flexible with me which is something i appreciated a lot.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

COMPU-VISION was quick to fix anything that I disliked about the site. If it was something that took a bit of time they would fix it within a day or the same exact hour which was honestly very impressive

I think everything they did was done accordingly. They couldn't have been more helpful. They were a wonderful company, and I hope to work with them again in the future.

What challenge were you trying to address with COMPU-VISION S.A.R.L.?

We wanted to have a proper website because most of our business comes through it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

COMPU-VISION was responsible for the design and development of our website. The process started with a team meeting. We explained our idea, and they laid out their plan. After that, they proceeded with the design and development. We didn’t provide mockups or documentation.

The site has CMS and e-commerce functionalities. They built it to have typical payment integration with VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal. It also includes one for crypto — customers get discounts when they pay with it.

What is the team composition?

The project manager was our main point of contact, but I’m not sure what the team size was.

How did you come to work with COMPU-VISION S.A.R.L.?

We did some research and found COMPU-VISION. We chose them because they understood all of our requirements and our project even more than we did. I could see that they knew what they were doing.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–March 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t had any issues so far. However, we’re still in soft launch because we want to make sure that everything is running correctly.

We’ve received very good feedback from friends and family — they’ve said that the website is straightforward, simple to use, and fast.

How did COMPU-VISION S.A.R.L. perform from a project management standpoint?

During the development, we had weekly Zoom calls to check the schedule, discuss any changes, and make sure COMPU-VISION was adhering to our vision.

My main concern was the timeline, and they managed to complete everything on time. I was very satisfied with their performance.

From a budget point of view, it was a lump-sum project. Therefore, we agreed on what they had to do, and they did it. They didn’t overrun the budget or ask for something extra.

What did you find most impressive about them?

COMPU-VISION really understood our requirements from the beginning.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that COMPU-VISION could improve on. They did really well on this project.

You should make sure that COMPU-VISION understands your requirements from the beginning. In our case, they understood everything well, which made the project much easier. At the same time, it’s important to have weekly meetings in order to easily handle changes and avoid delays.
