Compliapoint performed a full WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit of our website and delivered source-level remediation. They identified and fixed issues including missing alt text, keyboard navigation failures, color contrast violations, and inaccessible form fields. We received a compliance certificate and accessibility statement upon completion.
They were also very professional from start to finish. They provided a written proposal before any work began and kept us informed throughout. Turnaround was faster than expected. They explained every issue in plain language so we understood exactly what was being fixed and why it mattered legally.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The documentation they delivered. Every fix was recorded in a deliverable report suitable for legal defense. We now have proof of our compliance efforts if we ever receive an ADA demand letter. No other vendor we looked at offered that level of documentation.
