Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and executive director of FARM STEW International, a nonprofit organization. We empower locals to train and equip families in extreme poverty to address the root causes of hunger, disease, poverty, hopelessness, and dependency so they can experience an abundant life.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Common Anomaly?

We needed to create a more streamlined experience on our website that would result in more visitors choosing to donate to our organization.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Common Anomaly has completely redesigned our website and coordinated and led the entire effort. The team has been responsible for content creation, picture selection, improving marketing language, and integrating several third-party apps.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Common Anomaly in August 2024, and our website was launched in November 2024. However, we still work with them.

How did you come to work with Common Anomaly?

I found them through an online referral. I was impressed by the experience and integrity of their key leader, and their pricing was competitive. Moreover, I felt that they took the time to understand my goals and aligned their strategy with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had a very significant increase in monthly donors and overall donations in the last 10 months.

How did Common Anomaly perform from a project management standpoint?

Common Anomaly has delivered on time, and we’ve had a very tight timeline. We’ve mainly communicated via email and run sheets on Google Docs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Common Anomaly’s visual presentation, attention to detail, and alignment with our goals are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve had a few communication gaps, but they’ve always been resolved quickly.
