Magento comes with its struggles for sure and the developers have worked hard to ensure we have all the features for ease of use and to say compliant in the ever-changing website environment.

The only negative I can say is that they don't always meet their deadlines. Some of this is because we have such a customized website with many extensions so it makes things that much more difficult. In the end, they always deliver.

I would say being able to work in the similar time zone would have helped both parties. Also, at time I trouble communicating on the phone due to my hearing so email usually works better.
