I am the CEO of EasyRaty Sp. Z o. o. company which provides financial services for insurance market in Poland

For what projects/services did your company hire Cojitsu?

We were looking for someone to build mobile app for us from scratch.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed an app which would help our employees and bussiness partners to transfer documents, agreements etc in easiest and fastest way possible. 

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We received couple offers from other software houses but Cojitsu offer was the best match and they were recommended by my friend.

Describe the project in detail.

At the very beginning we've had a one day workshop. After describing our problem and idea for app which would solve it, they took initiative to make better solution and suggested few improvements. After that, they prepared mockups that we agreed on, prepared detailed API specification for us, developed and tested the app. Usually, we had a call at least once a week to check the progress and give a feedback.

What was the team composition?

They had a full mobile development team. We started working with project manager and UX designer. Development team included 2 mobile developers

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched app in may and now we have over 500 downloads. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had regular calls where I was able to share my feedback. I was aware of each step of the process and could ask them anything. My ideas and comments were important for them and they were flexible enough to implement them along the way

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am impressed about their customer service. They call it 5 star customer service and it really is. They are very flexible and open to changes. 

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, we were very satisfied with them.
