How did you select COI Marketing & Software and what were the deciding factors?

A personal acquaintance with an owner of COI was a deciding factor. I respect her approach to business and her life values

To begin with, we conducted a strategic meeting to better identify our company’s needs. The next step was to approve the structure of the site and its design. Next, there was the website development, its launch and bug fixing

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Speaking of the design of the site, it turned out to be modern and up to date. It even drew the attention of dishonest website developers, who wanted to copy the design. In terms of lead generation we only partly reached our goal.

However, that’s not the developer’s guilt. There were rather miscalculations in defining the target audience.

The project was submitted on time with all the additional suggestions implemented. Communication was conducted as correctly as possible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company has a good level of empathy for the client and a desire to deeply solve the client's problem. The leader is unique, she shows the team the right guidelines.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always something that could have been done differently. However, at the time the job was done just as expected.

For what projects/services did your company hire COI Marketing & Software, and what were your goals?

First of all, COI developed an online store. Besides, they have created the target audience map, conducted SMM, provided a detailed user survey, and based on it created a marketing strategy. To summarize, we have achieved our goal, and today Piccolo is present on the market, receives orders, and improves the profit.

How did you select COI Marketing & Software and what were the deciding factors?

We have created a list of such companies. Based on our criteria (price/quality ratio, portfolio, range of services, support, management methodology SCRUM) and after a detailed interview with each of them we decided to select the COI as the best option.

After the kick-off meeting, we have defined our primary goals and scope. Scope of work included the following:

1. Target audience research
2. Development of Wire-frames
3. Creation of web-store design
4. Development and implementation. (PHP, Nginx, MySQL)
5. Web store launch and 6 months support.
6. SMM

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

First of all, we received the possibility to make online selling. It's important due to COVID-19 reality. After launching the web site we increased sales. We became more visible on the market. We got the corporate style developed. In general, we are happy with our and the COI cooperation.

We have used the SCRUM methodology. Every day we received the daily report after the scrum meeting which includes progress, blockers, and a to-do list. It helped us to be in touch with a team and be involved in the development process.

We have used Google meet to make communication with a team and billing hours were tracked with HubStuff. Scrum Sprints were timelines and during the demo, we decided which feature should be improved and what should be changed or verified.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

COI goes beyond expectations and every time does a little more. Also, I would like to highlight that our cooperation was like a tandem: COI shared their suggestions based on experience and at the same time made the project in time on the budget.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

COI is a scrupulous company and they have tested web-store many times to be sure in proper functionality. Of course, it helps us to avoid issues in the future, but for me, I could not wait to see the new store.
