BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are inbound tour company based in Jaipur named Souvenir Travel. I am one of the director. We provide customise tour packages to India, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka.

For what projects/services did your company hire Coherent Lab LLP, and what were your goals?

We have used Coherent’s services in designing our travel website including the content part and also the we have done SEO part and digital marketing with them. The project is still going on.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have been recommended by one of my friend. I had spoke to many companies before finalising Coherent and one of the important reason is their efficiency and dedication. They explained everything in detail. Each time if used to go with different problems they were happy to help me.

Firstly, we started designing the website and then to add content, pictures and other details. They promised me to deliver this in a certain time and they did it before time. The SEO team was very helpful in discussing anything. They all are very flexible l.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There two from the management and two persons from SEO team and one two or three from designing team. All were excellent.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It was excellent. It’s been more than a year and everything is going well. Everybody appreciated the work they have done and still going well.

They are good communicators. I didn’t have any problem in communication during my entire project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm impressed with their effective communication and on-time delivery. Most important to go extra miles to make client satisfied.
