Hie, I am sarvjit Vij , Founder and CEO of Allaince grp , We are into business of various cunsultancy services including pharmaceutical , Food , IT, legal etc

One of our project requires a food delivery app, where a user can place order for food from a list of restaurants available nearby and order, the food is then delivered through delivery partner The project involves 3 parts ,

1. User application
2. Delivery partner application
3. restaurant application
4. Admin or STaff application

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for mobile app developer in our nearby cities and posted a projecton upwork.com as well the vendor has a good reviews on upwork , Justdial etc so we decided to connect with them and started initial discussion on project

The project started with a SOW i.e. Scope of work and we take a good time to decide the use cases , studied other similar businesses in Market revenue model , Payment gateways third party vendors etc. after a series of discussion we ended up in a detailed SOW including project deliverability's , deadlines and other engagements needed from third party vendors The technology we used is a mix of react js , Node js and flutter as per requirement

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I am in contact with 2 persons , one of owner of company Mr Patel and other one is a Project manager . I am sure there will be over a half dozen people working in backend including designer , developers and coders etc

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app is been launched on Android app store successfully with over 500+ download in last week. although its in Beta phase still we made a revenue of 2000$ in first week of app launch

Untill SOW is been finalized we have a meeting twice a week , After everything was finalized on documents with a clear roadmap , we decided to arrange a fortnight meet to discuss the progress of project. All communicatin are via skype or zoom meeting and project management tol was jira

the work culture and ethics The most impressive think is project management . I have to deal only with 1 person i.e. project manager , no entire team

certainly not , They're going in a great direction

We wanted to develop our project management system.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Codoffer Infotech developed our internal management system on PHP and is currently maintaining it. At first, we went through a research and discovery process where we discussed our workflow and what we wanted to accomplish. Based on that, they created demos and did beta testing until we came up with the final product.

Regarding functionalities, we asked for file transfer API, the ability to send and receive emails, and PDF manipulation features.

I work with Raju (Founder), and he manages his internal team.

I found them through online research. I went with them because they were the first to respond to me, had a little chat with me, and introduced me to their company.

We’ve spent $100,000 with them so far.

We started working together in January 2010, and the engagement is ongoing.

They complete the work we need from them with the least errors — we’ve experienced bugs, but that’s unusual. Overall, they’re responsive and quick to adapt to our needs.

Project management is very good; they can meet our deadlines and budgets. Regarding communication, we use email, Webex, Jira, and Asana.

Creating a website gave our store the google exposure which made us really popular in our area.

Everything was done within the time frame projected the team was mainly contact with the phone and any email enquires were answered within a few minutes working in two different time zones was never a issue as the team was dedicated and always available.

The most commendable thing about them is they are very knowledgeable about the latest trends in the market and needs of the companies globally their research is highly appreciable.

The project was flawless and perfect.
