- Coding Crafst built a robust KPI dashboard for our franchise studios that became essential in our expansion to different markets

For complex or automated systems, I like proving the workflow manually first before building it into software, so we're automating something that's already validated. You'll always be talking to the person actually writing the code.

We work in short, iterative cycles rather than long fixed-scope phases. Each project starts with a clear problem definition and a lightweight plan, then moves into build sprints with regular check-ins so you can see progress and give feedback early — before it's expensive to change direction. For anything with automation or AI components, we validate the workflow manually first, then build it into the system once it's proven. You get direct access to the person building your product throughout, not a project manager relaying messages.

We start with a discovery conversation to understand the real problem you're trying to solve — not just the feature list, but the business outcome behind it. From there, we scope a clear starting point (often the smallest version that proves the concept works) and align on cost, timeline, and how we'll communicate throughout. Once we kick off, you're working directly with the engineer building your product — no account managers or hand-offs — so there's no ramp-up time lost to relaying context between people.
