I ventured out to launch a pilot program and needed a iOS mobile application to manage my client's inventory. I work for a global logistics company in the US.

We needed an app with great UX and UI to help our customer to track their inventory within the app. We also needed in-app notifications along with automated emails.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Codify Indi went deept into project and did a good researching before they started working on the application. They came up with good insights, suggestions, and functionality which I haven’t thought about.

I had a good experience with the Codify team. They were very good at communication and answering all of my questions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a good UX team. Their developers are highly skilled and experienced.

Their team included both design and development departments. I mainly communicate with the project manager and UI designer here.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We want to build an app which gives our student more and easy to access information. They can solve some problems and queries from their home without visiting classrooms. The mobile app helps us a lot in achieving the same and gives us an edge over competitors.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

From my side, I was the only person who did all the communication. They delivered high-quality work while also responding and adjusting to feedback.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think they have quite experienced and skilled teams in each department. Team size is small but these guys are fast and skilled. Codify Indi team finished on schedule and within the budget.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think in animation as they don’t have anyone who can do some animation work.

We want to improve the UX and UI of the apps as well as need to fix some bugs and errors. Apps start getting some crashing problems as well, so we want to make a fast and better user experience mobile application.

What were your goals for this project?

We want to make sure our members can plan and schedule their classes easily. They can view class timetables, book their spot for classes, view our club locations, get reminders before classes, and instant notifications on updates.

I think their sales team contacted our marketing team and pitched their proposal about how they can make our apps much better

Codify team helps us to improve the user experience and user interface of the application. They also make our mobile application fast and added some of the new features like getting reminders, instant notification on updates etc

We mainly communicate with 3 departments, UX/UI design, iOS, and Android Developer and project coordinator.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We want to enroll all of our existing and new members on our mobile applications but we find out that we are getting a good response. Our apps were a bit outdated and needed some good UI/UX and coding work.

After doing all the changes and making almost a new app, we did some promotion of the apps. And we start getting a good response and most of the members start using apps. This saves lots of time and we need less resources to manage all these tasks.

It was smooth and communication between our team and theirs was flawless as a dedicated project coordinator and UX applications developers were assigned to manage the project and make sure everything run smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team is solid; each team member is very experienced and skilled within their department.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I'm not really a tech guy so I can't really comment on their technical skills, however what I can say is their coordination and communication skills is top-notch.

I received weekly updates and regularly scheduled Skype Calls to review progress of the site... Within 3 months, over 90% of the site was completed... Fine Tuned the last few details over the past few weeks...

Excellent workflow... Communication was detailed oriented and the follow up was great... Online Spreadsheet outlined the priorities and issues that needed to be addressed...

Communication/Follow Thru/Attention to Detail... The combination of these items created an overall successful project.

Time difference from USA to India does hamper things... That said, the Project Manager and Developer adjust hours to be available during USA time frames.
