Key measurable outcomes include the completion of the core dashboards and backend modules, successful integration of multiple data sources, implementation of AI-based sentiment and content analysis, improved processing and visualization of monitoring data, and delivery of a working platform ready for pilot deployments and further scaling. The project has also established a solid technical foundation for adding new channels, features, and enterprise integrations as NewMavericks grows. codiantech has successfully delivered the core platform and dashboards, integrated multiple data sources, and enabled AI-driven sentiment and content analysis. We've achieved stable processing of monitoring data, faster access to consolidated insights through a single dashboard, and successful internal testing of the key workflows. The platform has also reached a stage where it can support pilot users and be progressively scaled as additional customers and data sources are onboarded. Following the delivery, we've seen approximately a 40%–50% improvement in the time required to collect, consolidate, and review monitoring data compared with our earlier manual processes. More frequent performance benchmarking and technical documentation during each development phase could also make future scaling and onboarding even smoother. These are relatively minor areas and don't significantly impact the overall success of the project.
