We worked in phases to create/migrate over 235+ pages and blog posts from our existing website into a new custom WordPress Theme based on new designs provided.
Utilizing Advanced Custom Fields and the Bootstrap 5 Framework to develop custom Gutenberg Components that serve as the basic building blocks of the website.
Created various custom post types and functionality to deliver a dynamic website experience.
All coding was done in a tight scalable way to ensure optimal page scores and load times to enhance the end user experience.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We needed a pretty tight turn around for the first 3 phases so that we could get the new site up with the pages that had been scoped. We had weekly sprint meetings and reviewed work that had been done. Everytime the work was done completely and to scope with minimal feedback changes that were always completed by the next sprint. We met our goal and launched our new site after the completion of Phase 3.
After going live the site performed very well and we didn't see any significant drop in conversion from our old site. Since then we have further optimized the site and built it out and things continued to be done with a high level of detail and professionalism.

Project management of this site has been excellent. Throughout the project they have provided regular updates and communication on what work has been completed as well as what work was scheduled to be worked on. We met all of our Sprint Goals and sometimes they even met their stretch goals that were above and beyond what we needed. Whenever we had an issue with something they were responsive and helpful in resolving whatever issue we were having.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
At the begining of the project they really took time to understand our needs and the approach that we wanted to take with this website. They actually built initial proof of concepts to verify that the code base was being done to our specification and standards.
It was really refreshing after having worked with other Agencies that say they understood only to under deliver. Also, their communication during the project was amazing, and they respond quickly to any and all questions that we had in a timely manner.
Are there any areas for improvement or something CodeWalnut could have done differently?
The only small bnit of feedback that I have is that during some of the Sprint reviews we had to move rather quickly through the review of the work that had been done because we only had an hour. I think it would be better to do 1.5 hours for those meetings just in case there is need for discussion about the work that had been done as we would often run over about 15-20min when there was points of discussion.
