BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Established in 1981, Trifibre Ltd has developed and progressed into a highly respected, innovative casing solutions designer, manufacturer and supplier to many industry sectors. Trifibre has one of the largest and most diverse range of experience and products in the casing industry.

Manufacturing flight cases that meet military specifications and certified cases, bespoke poly cases, complex bespoke metal containers, cnc routed foam inserts, plastic presentation cases, made to measure metal fabrications, wooden packing crates, padded bags and much more! I am the Managing Director.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Codevale Technologies?

Building, maintaining and updating websites. Also to produce artwork for marketing purposes.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a fresh new look to our website and also another seperate website of ours to be re-developed from scratch. We want to maximise our website lead generation for our core sectors whilst also increasing eCommerce sales.

Codevale Technologies were recommened to us by a contact of ours as someone who could provide solutions quickly and at a very competitive price.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Codevale Technologies provide web development and digital marketing services including Website Development, Website Maintenance, SEO management, Digital artwork for print, web and email marketing. They do this quickly with the majority of communication handled through Skype and email.

What was the team composition?

We communicate with Codevale through one primary contact. He then distributes the work within his team dependent on whether our requirement is creative, technical or data based.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Codevale were able to repair many errors on our site that were created by a previous in house developer to improve website performance and as a result our leads and eCommerce sales both improved.

Codevale were also able to update our product listings to keep our site up to date which saved us hours of expensive labour in house.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Most communication is managed through Skype or email. During the early stages of our projects there were many overlapping tasks to be completed so in order to manage this Codevale created a shared spreadsheet that could be updated as tasks were completed or added. It was easy to share the necessary information with Codevale.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Friendly communication and very responsive. Codevale Technologies is happy to go the extra mile and their charges are very reasonable.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Its difficult to pinpoint areas for improvement within reason. The time difference is something we have to be aware of but our project manager usually goes out of his way to respond even out of hours.

We do miss our project manager when he is away but this is rare and we are usually aware before hand.
