I'm the founder of SkillXpert Academy, a globally connected digital learning platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Codes e Tech?

We needed to build a complete learning management system (LMS) platform for our academy that could support online course delivery, student enrollment, and live class integration. The main objective was to move away from manual course management and give our students a proper platform to enroll, access content, and track their learning progress. We also wanted to give our team an admin system to manage courses and instructors efficiently.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Codes e Tech has handled the end-to-end development of our LMS platform, from the initial design to full deployment. The scope has included building the course listing and enrollment system, a student dashboard for tracking progress and accessing content, an instructor dashboard for managing courses, and integration with Zoom for live classes.
The team has also handled the overall website design and WordPress setup, using MasterStudy LMS as the core platform. Everything has been delivered as a fully functional, ready-to-use system for both our students and our internal team. Moreover, Codes e Tech has provided ongoing support, including updates, bug fixes, and adjustments to the platform as we onboard students and run live classes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest measurable outcome has been the successful launch of a fully functional LMS platform that has replaced our manual course management process. We've been able to onboard students, publish courses, and run live classes through the Zoom integration without the operational friction we had before, giving our team a scalable system to manage enrollment and content in one place.

How did Codes e Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

Codes e Tech's project management has been smooth and reliable. Ali (Founder) has kept us updated consistently via WhatsApp throughout the process, and the project has been delivered on time as planned. Having clear, regular communication has made it easy to track progress and stay aligned with expectations from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What has stood out the most is having a single point of contact who handles everything personally, from design to development to the technical LMS setup, without the back-and-forth we often get with larger teams. Ali has taken the time to understand exactly what we need for an online academy and delivered a complete, ready-to-use platform, which has made the whole experience feel much more personal and dependable than working with a bigger, less accessible agency.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Since Ali has been working on this project solo, there have been times we've had to be a bit patient during particularly busy phases, as he's been juggling multiple responsibilities. That said, communication has never suffered, and everything has still been delivered on time. If anything, having a dedicated team member for ongoing support post-launch could have been useful as we scale.
