CodeOrigins built a complete online sales system for our pharmacy chain:

• A mobile app for iOS and Android where customers browse products, place orders and pay online.
• A website connected to the same system.
• Online card payments through Stripe.
• Shipping in the USA with USPS rates calculated automatically.
• An admin panel where our team manages products, prices, orders and customers.
• Instant notifications about new orders for our staff (push notifications and Telegram).
• Server setup, a secure domain with HTTPS, daily backups and ongoing support after launch.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• One app instead of two. Several other companies told us it was impossible and that we would need two separate apps. CodeOrigins built everything in a single app, exactly as we wanted, and it works perfectly.
• International sales. We now sell in several countries. Customers from all over the world can register, choose products, pay online and place an order in just a few taps.
• Everything we needed in one place: sign-up and login, favourites, cart, messages, a blog section, several languages, secure online card payments and shipping in the USA.
• Full control on our side. We manage all products, prices, orders and content ourselves from a convenient admin panel. We no longer depend on developers for everyday changes.
• Instant notifications. Our team gets notified about every new order right away, so customers are served faster.
• Delivered on time, with great patience during the design stage. The team listened to every detail and made the app look and work exactly the way we imagined.
• Reliable long-term partner. After launch, CodeOrigins keeps supporting us and quickly adds new features whenever we need them.

CodeOrigins managed the project very professionally. Every stage was clear from the start, and they delivered everything on time. During the design stage they were extremely patient. We changed our minds and asked for revisions many times, and they never complained; they kept working until the design looked exactly the way we wanted. Communication was easy and fast. Whenever we had a question or a new idea, they answered quickly and explained everything in simple words, without technical jargon. When other companies told us our idea was impossible in one app, CodeOrigins listened to what we really needed and found a way to do it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most is that CodeOrigins found a solution where others saw only problems. Several companies we met told us it was impossible to build everything in one app and that we would need two separate apps. CodeOrigins listened carefully, understood what we really needed, and built it in one app that works perfectly. They don’t just follow instructions; they think about our business and suggest better ways to do things. At the same time, the final decision is always ours, and they respect it. Another thing that sets them apart is that the work doesn’t end at launch. They continue to support us, answer quickly and add new features whenever our business needs them. We trust them as a long-term technology partner, not just as a contractor.

Honestly, nothing. We are extremely satisfied with every part of the project. Everything was done as agreed, on time, and every request we made was handled quickly and with care. We would not change anything about how CodeOrigins worked with us.
